Case Studies
SMASH
Product strategy, design and development for SMASH, a film and TV pitching platform connecting creators with industry decision-makers. This includes building internal tools to give the team operational visibility they didn't have before. Key outcomes include introducing a subscription model to make the product commercially viable, and launching Call-Outs and marketplace features that grew the platform to nearly 10,000 users across 103 countries. The engagement has grown from a single design hire into an ongoing product partnership, turning a strong idea into a scalable, commercially viable product.
21D
UX design, web design and web development for 21D, one of the UK's leading full-mouth dental implant providers. The work covers their patient mobile app and a full redesign and rebuild of their website in Webflow. The app helps people learn about procedures, apply for treatment and follow their progress through what is a significant and often daunting decision, including features like an interactive 3D viewer that lets patients explore their own scan data. Across web and app the focus is the same, making complex clinical information feel clear, reassuring and accessible at every stage of the patient journey.
Antara
Brand identity, packaging design and web build for Antara, a London-made agave hard seltzer. Can design covers the launch range of two flavours, with a Webflow site and Shopify handling ecommerce. The brand is built around an ant mascot and the idea that small packages carry big impact, aimed at a health-focused audience who want a lighter drink without losing the occasion. The engagement runs from first concept through to ongoing digital support as the business scales.
Wallacea Living
A full website migration and rebuild in Webflow for Wallacea Living, a later living operator creating high-end retirement communities. The build covered a CMS-driven residences section, a filterable news and events feed, a video background header, scroll animations and a rebuilt set of contact and enquiry forms. The site had to speak to two audiences at once, prospective residents and the families supporting them, so the focus was on making information about care, community life and individual residences easy to navigate and reassuring to read. Delivered end to end as a fixed-scope project, from migration and content structure through to launch.

Creating a bold new brand and website for an AI consultancy, designed to build trust and clearly communicate practical, business-ready AI solutions. The work focused on translating complex capabilities into a confident, approachable digital presence that speaks to real business needs. PintPal.
Designing the brand, website, and mobile experience for a social app that helps Londoners find the cheapest pint nearby. The focus was on creating a fun, intuitive product that makes pub discovery quick and effortless, while still feeling playful and social. Through clear UX and a distinctive visual identity, PintPal brings a practical idea to life with personality.
